How To Indicate The Form of Payment Made By Passenger @ GRS?

Any form of payment either Cash, Cheque or Credit Card should be indicated in the system.  Here is how to make entries:

F.S.     -  Form of Payment by CASH
F.CK   - Form of Payment by Cheque
