How To Retrieve The Booking File @ GRS?

There are several ways to retrieve the booking file of the passenger created at own branch of the travel agency.  You can retrieve by passenger name, record located number, surname, flight number/date and others.

*3SW6AG     -  Retrieve BF by record locator number
*-DELROSARIO/FMR    -  Retrieve BF by name
                                                  *-C*        -   Retrieve all BF's in which the names begins with a "C".
